PowerDarts League ("we", "us") provides an online darts-league scoring and management service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We operate from Australia and comply with the Australian Privacy Act.

Information we collect

• Account details: the email address and password you provide when you sign up. Passwords are stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — never in plain text.
• League data: the player names, match scores, statistics and settings you create in your league. This data belongs to your account and is not shared with other accounts.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run your league, keep you signed in, and save your players, matches and settings.
• To secure the service — for example, rate-limiting sign-in attempts.
• To process payments for paid subscriptions (handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to maintain your login session. On the free plan, we also display advertising (see below), which may set additional cookies through our advertising partner.

Advertising & Google AdSense

Free-plan pages may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our payment processor and advertising partner), and where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

Your league data is kept while your account is active. If your account is deleted, its data is removed from active service. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us.

Your choices

• Opt out of personalised ads via Google Ads Settings, or remove ads entirely by upgrading.
• Request access to or deletion of your account data by email.
